Hotfix for Suwarudo

Just fixed a few things i forgot to add/change before i released the last build.

The chance of getting a swordpart with an element was 100% certain. Now it's about 1/10 chance

When you equipped a new part, the changes would only take effect after the next battle was over.

Now there's an indicator above npc's to show that you can talk to them with space!
